316 Stainless Steel Weld Neck Flanges
The 316 Stainless Steel Weld Neck Flanges is attached to the pipe end. It is the part that connects the pipe to the pipe. There are holes on the flange, and bolts can be worn to make the two flanges tightly connected, and the flange is sealed with a liner. Flanged pipe fittings are pipe fittings with flanges (flanges or joints). It can be cast, threaded or welded. The flange connection is composed of a pair of flanges, a gasket and a number of bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the sealing surface of the two flanges. 316 Stainless Steel Weld Neck Flanges: suitable for connection of steel pipe with nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa. The sealing surface of flat welded flange can be made into smooth, concave and convex and tenon type three. The application of smooth flat welding flange is large. It is mainly used in the case of moderate medium conditions, such as low pressure unpurified compressed air and low pressure circulating water. Its advantage is that the price is cheaper.
Butt welding steel flange: used for flange and pipe butt welding, its structure is reasonable, strength and stiffness is large, can withstand high temperature and high pressure and repeated bending and temperature fluctuations, reliable sealing. The butt welding flange with nominal pressure of 0.25 ~ 2.5MPa adopts concave-convex sealing surface.
